I’m using blogger client “that makes it easier” to blog, so I’m going to express my self really “easy” and lazy way. I consider myself a bit lazy, but…. When you need medical advice, find out how to install a mail server, how to program in ruby, how to do sushi rice, ideas for a new business… where do you look? where do you search? THE INTERNET.

The reason of the above paragraph is because, a guy that is in charge of what I was doing in my previous job, its asking me why the service is not up in the email server. Instead of searching on the Internet and learning!!! He asks me.

…but i love this cat

The Internet is such a wonderful place of knowledge that when you are looking for something, you find other interesting stuff. That is why bookmaking rules so much, because it doesn’t take more than 15 seconds (including the tagging) to add that other stuff you were not looking for, (to your bookmarks).

So.. the next time you fill the urge to ask your teacher, ex workmate, friend, etc of something you don’t know, do yourself and the other person a favor [and learn].. please remember this four letters:

STFW

Update: The STFW was introduced to me by a teacher back in my collage days as a student of Operating Systems. He used it in a assignment (as a joke), for those who didn’t know what a dinero file was and were going to email or ask for the meaning.
