Providing good Customer Service seems to be a dying art and you would think that in the economy we have currently people would be doing anything and everything to ensure that customers kept them in a positive light and came back for more! The best customer is the one in front of you and if you treat them right, not only will they come back for more, they'll bring their friends too! I honestly cannot agree with you more!
